Cravsync ("we," "us") is operated by Market Master Pro LLC (dba Only Trade Ideas). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Account: email address and, if you opt in, your mobile phone number.
- Profile: food preferences (cuisines, diets, aversions), mode (solo/couple), budget, and — only if you choose to provide them — health-adjacent details like cycle dates and life stage, and dates like birthdays and your anniversary.
- Location: the location you share (or a city/ZIP you enter) to find nearby spots.
- Usage: the matches you run and the feedback you give.
How we use it
To generate dining recommendations personalized to you. To produce picks, we send relevant context to our AI provider (OpenAI) — we do not send your name, and that provider does not train its models on your inputs.
Sensitive health data
Cycle, pregnancy/life-stage, and birthday data are encrypted at rest, used only to personalize your recommendations, and are never sold. You can leave these blank or remove them at any time.
Text messaging & your mobile information
We do not sell or share your mobile information or opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. If you opt in to texts, message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Opt-out records are retained as required by law.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run Cravsync (e.g., AI, SMS, email, and hosting providers) under contract, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your profile data in the app, opt out of texts (reply STOP), and request access or deletion of your data by emailing admin@onlytradeideas.com.
Legal basis (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your data on these bases: contract (to provide the recommendations you ask for), consent (for health-related data like cycle and life stage, and for marketing texts/emails — you give this explicitly and can withdraw it anytime), and legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve Cravsync).
Your rights (EEA/UK)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, export (data portability), and restrict or object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account or download your data from your account settings, or email us. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data promptly, except records we must retain by law (e.g., SMS opt-out records and basic transaction records).
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the US. Where we transfer EEA/UK personal data to the US, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
Cravsync is for users 18 and older.
